Anya Richardson
POET
I am a poet whose compilation of ideas ranged from the streets to the church. I have been writing about my life since age fourteen and that bit of knowledge has over the years thrown me into directions of song-writing, story-writing, and poetry. Poetry I found unveils my strengths into where a better explanation of myself is brought to the forefront with no shame or remorse because after performing for an audience, realizes that the eyes on me have lives that resemble what I’ve been through. Poetry is now part of me, without it in my life I can no longer be.
